As part of our continuous effort that we continue to provide adequate support and monitor all children who are beneficiaries of our bursary and scholarship scheme, a delegation team at the Foundation including the Founder and CEO, Ronke Adeagbo, the Programmes and Partnerships Manager, John Klutse and Administrative Executive, Tinuade Daniel have embarked on a monitoring and evaluation visit.
Six (6) IA-Foundation bursary beneficiaries in Ikorodu who attend Cortina School (4) and Majority Choice School (2) were visited at their respective schools during our exercise. While addressing the children, the CEO and Founder, Ronke Adeagbo urged the children to be studious and hardworking and reassured that of a better future. She also thanked the management of the schools for their compliance with the terms of scholarship.
Each of the beneficiaries were also presented with scholastic materials comprising of notebook, pen and a Mathematical set, courtesy of the Foundation.
During the visit, the team had extensive conversations with the class teachers, school owners and the beneficiaries. We also took time to review their second term results and shared feedback with the pupils while also encouraging them to do more.
More schools would be visited during the 3rd term to ensure we provide a strong report to all our donors and child sponsors.
