Mr Jide Olagundoye
Chairman
BabaJide Olagundoye is an experienced Project manager and organizational Transformation Expert. He has Engineering and Accounting qualifications and specialises in the delivery of business value through improved IT. He was a director of British Safety Council. Babajide is also a member of the Operations, Fundraising, Compliance and ICT committees.

Mr Diran Famakinwa FCA FCCA MBA
Vice Chairman
Diran was a member of the Executive team of St. Nicholas Hospital Lagos. Mr Famakinwa was a Trustee of TradeRelief UK, a charity enabling local entrepreneurs in developing countries to grow self-sustaining businesses. Diran is a member of the Foundation’s Finance and Operations committee.

Mrs Yetunde Raimi-Odimayo FCA CPFA
Treasurer
Trained with Ernst and Young, has extensive experience in the area of Assurance and Advisory services as well as Charity Accounting. Has 13 years experience as an educator specialising in professional accounting qualifications as well as accounting and auditing software. Yetunde is the Chair of the Finance and Operations sub-committee.

Ms Abimbola Tytler - Designated Safeguarding Lead
Board Member
Ms Tyler is a qualified social worker since 2004. She has worked in several local authorities both in London, Kent and Essex. Her core experience has been in children and families safeguarding which included Child in Need to Child Protection, which included years of court work securing permanence for childrens. Abimbola is the Chair of the Programme and Bursary sub committee.

Mr Olubowale Oluwasanya
Board Member
Olubowale Oluwasanya is a Cybersecurity Architect and Risk management consultant, (Automation & control Systems) with over 20 years’ experience, building and delivering technical solution in several multi-jurisdictional organisations. With extensive experience within Information Technology, Telecommunication and Oil & Gas industries, and has for over eight years successfully delivered information security related multi-vendor integrated solutions.

Ms Julie Benson
Board Member
Julie Benson is the founder and Managing Director of J Benson Solicitors Ltd. The firm was established in August 2008. She previously worked in the Criminal Justice and Policy Department for the Ministry of Justice for 12 years and was responsible for developing the use of Video Links for vulnerable witnesses in England and Wales and also wrote the Legal Aid Best Practice Workbook Manual for Her Majesty’s Court Services.

Mrs Tokunbo Okeowo
Board Member
Mrs Tokunboh Okeowo is a Consultant Pharmacist and Clinical Oncologist in the NHS. Tokunbo is a member of the Foundation’s Fundraising Committees.

Mr Deji Ishmael
Board Secretary
Deji Ishmael is an experienced facilitator and consultant working with teams to build cohesion, create healthy organisations, develop and implement strategy. He has experience across multiple sectors including telecommunications, technology, financial service and not-for-profits.
He sits on the board of the PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF) and continues to look for ways to make education count.
